Sword of Valor Puzzle Solution | Drezen Citadel | Pathfinder Wrath of the Righteous Let's Play
31Welcome to my Pathfinder Wrath of the Righteous playthrough! In this special episode, I show you how to solve the Sword of Valor Puzzle in the Drezen Citadel.

It all starts by finding Yaniel tied up in one of the rooms of the dungeon. Yaniel is a hero of the first crusade and you found her sword Radiance earlier in the game by solving a different puzzle.
After finding and defeating an enormous pit full of ghouls, Yaniel shows up again and opens a secret door to the room which contains the Sword of Valor banner.
The room has a number of magical traps which the game shows you.
The floor in the room has 3 circles with symbols on them and in between these circles and 4 circular buttons you can press. Pressing these buttons will rotate the circles and the aim is of course to create the correct symbols.
You can solve the puzzle by pressing button 2 twice, button 3 twice, and button 4 once.
The order in which you do this doesn't matter. I've tried it many times in different orders, as long as you have the correct quantity and the right button, the puzzle gets solved.
Please note that you might be interrupted while you're pressing these buttons. Sometimes 1 shadow demon shows up, other times 3 shadow demons teleport into the room.
I wasn't able to link the appearance of the three demons to a particular way of pressing the buttons so it seems to be random. The three demons show up after the puzzle is solved though, not during the solving.
Once you have defeated the demons and the puzzle has been solved you will see the traps being disarmed and the Sword of Valor banner
is up for grabs.

Gradually you will build up armies of thousands and march them across the Worldwound to seize back the territories and their treasures from the enemy.
