Ok this is basically a long step by step on how to make a quadcopter using cheap Brushed motors.A DIY Quadcopter

Original goal was just to replace the syma x5c frame and create
another cheap quadcopter in the process..

I used Syma 5xc-1 parts I had a surplus of,I used the camera for my center but to save money you can use basically anything you want.
This is more for the hobby person as you can buy a complete clone I think for around 30 with remote. this project costs about 15 dollars. but you do need to already own one for the remote.
I ended up splitting it up for upload reasons. its about 1hr /ish.

However if you own a syma already a second one can be built cheap and used as a throw away .
