This is actually really easy to do! You'll need a program tho:

It'll open in Japanese by default, but you can change it into English easily.

Protip:
When selecting notes, making a selection from Left to right will only select notes that are ENTIRELY inside the selection box.

but making a selection from Right to left will select every notes that are TOUCHING the selection box.


-- There is a free program that lets you split the midi file into 2 tracks at a certain point. This method might not work for all pieces of music since the song might move around a lot on the keys, but if not it IS a faster method. It can also be a good first step before single-ing out notes in Sekaiju.
