And there is more than one reason for that statement.
One (as PA System warned me before) that WHOLE area is contaminated and i was woefully prepared for this (only 3 healing patches,one medikit and several batteries). At least dozen of Game Overs (yes, respawning has been disabled there- this is second reason) later i disabled Safety Interlocks and got out of there, never to return to that grove.
At least i vented my frustration on Diego (Stamina+Berserk+Reflex Patch, with Energy Shield active = Profit), but he teleported away. I had to disable one more Safety Interlock (i guess in Alpha grove), but i will explore Diego's office first.
