That group has counted for my help, has been massacred by "boss" - Cortex Reaver. The same Cortex Reaver, who came for me after triggering bad ending (and generally, when game over happens). He owned me once, i owned him (with EMP grenade, Berserk Patch and Laser slice and dice for good measure). After fight, i found that SHODAN have an another plan about subjugating Earth. Sound like this: if either laser (i disabled it) or virus (i have to take it out) or other stuff i don't know about fail, she will upload herself to Earth network.
I will start next part with Cyberspace infiltration.
