The HTC One S: The HTC One S is a 4.3-inch, with a 540 x 960 qHD resolution Super AMOLED the device comes with with a dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor clocked at 1.5GHz, 1GB of RAM. A 1,650mAh non-removable battery, 16GB of internal storage, a microSD slot, it's an eight-megapixel autofocus camera capable of 1080p video capture, with an LED flash and a tempting f/2.0 lens, a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera, 4G HSPA+ connectivity, Beats Audio, NFC and Sense 4.0 atop Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. All backed in a uniform 7.8mm thick Uniform frame

Samsung Galaxy Nexus: a 4.65-inch Super AMOLED HD display(screen resolution 720P). It is power by a 1.2Ghz dual-core processor with 1GB ram for smooth operations; which you will notice once you start playing around with the OS. Its sports a 5 megapixel camera with LED flash in the rear and a 1.3 megapixel camera for video chatting in front. NFC capable and houses a Verizon wireless 4G LTE chip.
