gonna go on a little tangent here...:
In all seriousness, PewDiePie didn't deserve to get knocked off number one like this. I know it sounds like I'm just being butthurt or I'm d*ck riding PewDiePie but it's really not fair, and I think the community knows it. When PewDiePie became number one, out doing Smosh in subscribers everyone in the YouTube communtiy was accepting of a new YouTuber being King? Why? Because he was one of us. An independent creator. A funny guy playing games and recording his reactions. An entertainer. A YouTuber. But these new implant channels, these have investors, directors, I mean every f*cking video from T-Series is either a full blown f*cking movie or a high budget (for Bolllywood) music video. How are we supposed to accept this channel as the new King Of Youtube? Which is another problem... King of YouTube? You can't really say that because, like, 20 different people run the T-Series YouTube channel. So what the new Army of Youtube? Ugh! It just doesn't make sense! It feels unnatural to be on a site like this, it just doesn't feel like YouTube. And this isn't really a diss to T Series it's just a complaint about YouTube itself, maybe it's the community and the way content has changed over the past 8 year, maybe it's just my depression. Something like that.
Anyway boys, that's my little speech. A new kind of YouTube eh? How is any small creator supposed to gain any kind of traction when you've got funded channels like T-Series... looks like a grim future, if one at all...
