2Hello guys, in todays video I just wanted to go over a topic that's been on my mind this last couple of weeks, my channel has taken a massive dip in interest and I'm pretty sure it's to do with the content I've been putting out.
I know youtube is hard, it's really really hard, when there's millions of creators out there making the same type of content as you it's difficult to stand out from the rest and you have to offer something special for viewers to want to keep coming back to your channel every day.
A month ago I felt I'd found my spot with my audience and with the youtube algorithm, mainly due to one game, the division resurgence, and as soon as that test ended my channel and content seemed to drop off drastically.
I have always built my channel around shooting games like cod, mech arena and most recently the division but I wanted to try and play other genres to see if I could have the same success with those, and some of them are popular games with a big following, but they aren't the style of games I enjoy playing, and if I don't enjoy playing them then I feel the quality of my content is going to drop.
So I wanted to put this video out to say that I'll be doing my best to stick to the genres that I enjoy the most and that is fps and tps games like Call of duty, T3 Arena and looter shooter games like destiny, the division and warframe as these are games I've always played and thoroughly invested a lot of time into, especially if there's builds involved.
