Well this is an odd duck of a skill. It's basically free, but the implications are vast for what it could have been. Looking at it again, I don't think the Lord actually got it in PSP, further adding mystery as to why it was so limited back then. Not the most important detail, and I'll try to edit it out, but this got me thinking maybe it's Crit related, but no luck so far. It's probably ending at "just accuracy", but just feels like there's more to it still. I've been testing on the PSP version to see if there's any particular benefit for the Buccaneer and Ranged...but they're both Dex specialists with pretty great accuracy. Why is it just them two? Why didn't the Lord get it, only to now get it? Maybe someday we'll find something.
