This was the other video recorded on the day I did the initial one, so I have not yet had the chance to try some of the advice I was given. I am still floundering about trying to figure out some of the mechanics, namely whether there is any reason to draw out some fights as there is no JP farming, and I can't tell what determines how much EXP we get. Without this information, I will try to approach the next set of battles differently and see if it influences anything.

I thought spells leveled up from use, but it looks like only weapon proficiency does, so I will need to take that into account going forward. It looks like the Rune Fencer starts with a mastered spear, so I have to see what is the best way to go about developing someone like him. Additionally, since skills are bought or dropped, I am not entirely sure if there is much reason to swap around the jobs of characters instead of acquiring a new character as a specific job. There are a few weird things going on here, and I will be spending the first few videos trying to figure them out since this is my first Tactics Ogre game.
