Here is one of the tougher battles of the first chapter where we get to face off against the master necromancer, Nybeth. He will spawn new undeads that you exorcise away (if you have the spell...), so you have to take him down as the alternative is infinite spawns. What's worse, the undeads he summons are fairly bulky, so he can very easily create them faster than we have the means to destroy.

The upside to this mission is that we get a character who has a lot of interactions with other characters later in the story, so you will want to keep your new cleric going. Statistically, he is probably the best cleric available for a large section of the story.
