Taiko: Rhythm Adventure is separated into two different gameplay modes, standard Taiko and Story Mode. Story Mode is played out as an RPG Adventure game and adds new songs upon defeating bosses. Taiko Mode is the traditional rhythm based fun we all enjoy.

Taiko: Rhythm Adventure 1 (and 2) is available digitally on Nintendo eShop, but in Japan you can purchase a physical version that sees both games on a cartridge. This video was recorded from that physical release and contains the same English localisation as the European and North American digital releases of the game.
