Attention - If having difficulties i found selling the item just to left of the one you want money from, cuz it will sometimes sell 2 items and price will be second one sold.
The simple run down is, is just hit sell on a high priced item and then hit sort button as fast as you can, then simply click sell button without moving your mouse off the item.
I didn't discover this exploit, but i didn't find a vid that had voice and explained how to do it properly.
