This is just a game I got because it was cheap on Steam. This was made by Bohemia Interactive, which is the same company that created Arma 2 and Arma 3, among other games. This game allows you to create and edit rovers and UAV's and send them on missions to Mars. It is very realistic and is rightfully labelled as a simulation.

You are basically in control of a low budget company who is trying to make it big in the Space Exploration industry. You are given a small amount of funding to complete missions on Mars, with only a small amount of equipment and technology to do so. Your missions are very simple at first but over time, you level up, and earn more money for completing your missions, and gain access to better technology, and as a result are able to complete more missions. The goal is to complete these missions as quickly and efficiently as possible. Sending rovers to Mars costs alot of money, and reckless handling can damage them, and sending the wrong Rover is a waste of money as not all rovers can complete all jobs. If you damage a Rover, it is useless, and may be able to complete some tasks but ultimately you may have to send another to complete the missions.

I have not played more of the game other then what's in the video, but the game has missions such as examining the environment and determining what elements make up the atmosphere, and what is in the soil. The goal is to find out what it will take to sustain life on Mars one day (I assume).

The game visually looks amazing, and it may take a while to get the hang of controls and how things work. Though the game isn't overly exciting like other games, and not as intricate as Kerbal Space Program, this game is sure to attract you if you are into space exploration, specifically Mars, and want to be able to do these missions on your own! The game is only available right now as a Early Access, which means you are given limited things you can do in the game, until the official release date. Check it out today! Only $12.99 (CDN) on Steam!
