To take a break at the press of a button you need to bind a key to use the command "go_away_from_keyboard". To do this copy and paste this into the console:
bind "H" "go_away_from_keyboard"
Remember to change the letter "H" for whatever key you prefer. Mouse buttons are called "mouse1", "mouse2", etc. Some special keys like arrows and nub-pad keys can also be used but you have to look up what the game calls them.
