After saving the Bogon Galaxy from the Protopet (and Qwark), Ratchet and Clank are living in their new apartment on planet Endako. Clank has become a big movie star, playing the role of "Secret Agent Clank" and is now very famous, while Ratchet only has a small part in his movies. But then they are reached by the news that Ratchet's old home planet, Veldin, back in the Solana Galaxy, has been attacked by the aggresive alien race known as Tyhrranoids! In fact, they are invading multiple planets all over the Solana Galaxy! So Ratchet and Clank decide to go back there and help deal with them! It turns out that the Tyhrranoids are being commanded by a certain robot scientist by the name of Dr. Nefarious! This Dr. Nefarious has a great hatred for all organic lifeforms and has apparently threatened the galaxy before, but was stopped by a great superhero! Now he has returned for his vengeance, so Ratchet and Clank's only hope is to find this man that stopped Nefarious before so that he can be stopped again! But what is the true plan of Dr. Nefarious? Who is this hero that stopped him? And what amazing weapons will we get this time?
Ratchet & Clank 3, AKA Ratchet & Clank: Up Your Arsenal is the third game in the series, but it is the first game in the series that I played. According to me, they really perfected it this time, with much better writing and gameplay than the previous two. Dr. Nefarious is one of my favorite video game villains of all time! THIS WILL BE SO MUCH FUN!
