Been doing a challenge run trying to get the least amount of kills. During my many attempts at letting Chatty, Snail, or Iguazu finish the Ice Worm I found this timing that takes down the 3rd phase shield almost immediately.
I don't know if I'll ever speedrun but I hope this can be of use for anyone trying to.
