Jager was trying to decide how to deal with the Hordes desire for a shape-changer, since this implicates that Aix could be the one the Horde is looking for. The party got distracted by a murder scene and decided to look into the situation. Their investigations eventually took them to a house in the slums, where Karaahl fell to a trap and was captured deep underground. After some fighting between Karraahl, Flint and the serial killer, they managed to capture her. Most of the party left to sleep for the night, whereas Jager and Chuckles took the killer to the Horde. The Horde realized that the killer was not who they were looking for and captured Chuckles as punishment, branding him in he process...
