Recomended equipment:

water protection is a must but if you've been follwong a guide and got all the GPS spots then you should have quite abit water resistant gear so go nuts and equipt it ALL on your party members especially poison charms.....I wish I equipt those since they also portect you from the poison and weak status, as for weapons keep the excalibur on reid in this battle and fif you donated 40000 gald then you should also have the pulse cannon.

Recomended formation:
keep everyone at the back except for reid!

Recomended strategy:

Going up close and personal with siren is a no go so keep sapming sonic chaos and put reid on manual mode!! also if you talked to the painter and went pack to peruti port with max in your party and examine the pibk cat then max learns air blade which is great for this battle since it goes through pretty much anything doing a ton of damage in the process also disable maxs other skill air blade is all you need here as for your spell casters use thunder blade on the spirits and then long range magic like freeze lancer on siren to keep her at bay.

PS: theres more optional bosses next we go after a craymel!!!....my team need to be at least level 50 to take him on and I need to get aqua spiral for max.
