Last but not least, Eugene, Karegia's Black Panther! ^^

Couple of notes...I kinda suck with Eugene, so don't blame him for my lack of skill. That being said though, most of his moves have a humongous rigidity associated with them, so it's best to finish the enemy when using his Skills and Ougis. Otherwise, you tend to get whacked around like a badmitton. -_-

On the other hand, many of his moves affect multiple lines, so he excels at clearing out large groups of enemies. Also, his most useful Force Cube Effects are FLOAT and HOLD. If the move sends the enemy into the air (e.g. Tenraisou), then FLOAT is excellent for both comboing and for buying you some time to recover from using the attack. HOLD is great for moves like Rekkusou since it delays the enemy long enough for you to either continue your attack or avoid a counterattack.
