Here's the 40 AP quest for the Hubert and Pascal event and if you get the right Artes for Pascal and/or Hubert, it's surprisingly easy. Magnetic Gate pretty much makes this easier, especially if you're controlling Pascal. Flux Form is a must if you're controlling Pascal, since it helps her get into position to use Magnetic Gate and is also used to escape.
