Compared to the previous boss, this guy really doesn't do much of anything. The fact that you have more space to move around makes him easy to avoid.

He resists Earth and Water so just use Lailah's Spells to keep him in place and the rest should be cake. I also recently realized that you can use your Blasts to continue your Chain Combo strings, so use that to rack up the hits. Ouroboros can heal, but you can counter it by going into Kamui mode with Lailah and quickly finishing him off.
