Step by Step used in the video:

1.
• For Minecraft Version 1.8 and Higher: Type "/give @p command_block"

• For Minecraft Version 1.7 and Below:
Type "/give (PlayerName) 137 1"
[Don't include the " ]

2. • Place the command block where i can be triggered by redstones and type in
"/say (villager name) (the words/sentence that you want the villager to say)"

Example : /say [Josh] Hello!

3. Make sure to make a redstone engine or contrapsion/device that can trigger the redstone in a certain area.

This method was used in the creating of adventure maps! If you want advanced text making in adventure maps, make sure to check /tellraw, command used by professional minecraft map makers to make the texts more appealing to the players.
