TalkTalk faulty router and terrible customer services

0What's worse than a faulty TalkTalk router? Their customer services! Router has been working fine for over two years and we have not change any settings at home or added any extra devices, all of a sudden all our devices start to get disconnected. Instead of inspecting the faulty router, TalkTalk suggesting to invest into Wi-Fi extender to avoid the root cause.
