This is Tamagi. And it seems like I may have found my voice on the microphone finally. After some convincing from Razzle, I sit down and record myself playing this game called "The Talos Principle". I very much liked it, finding its world of beautiful ancient architecture and puzzles and philosophical questioning very interesting.
The Talos Principle is a game that was officially released on December 11, 2014. It was published by Croteam (the makers of Serious Sam), and the story was penned by Tom Jubert and Jonas Kryatzes (FTL & The Sweeper, The Sea Will Claim Everything, respectively). You awaken in a strange world of technology and ancient ruins, and are tasked by a mysterious voice who calls itself Elohim with solving puzzles that only get more and more complex.
What I'm playing here is the "Public Test", released November 6, 2014. This was originally used to help Croteam with tightening up the game, but it's been left up on Steam and functions as a neat demo of the game.
