Now for some info:
1943 is a game from my childhood, this is a type of run I wanted to see for a very long time; at first I thought the limit for TAS was just over 5M, but I discovered a way to get double mobi from every boss that is able to spawn one, bringing the max way up.

Scoring : Hidden in clouds are bamboos, 3K each. In certain spots, are cows, barrels and strawberries that are 20k, 10k, and 10k respectively.

Having 9 credits in the machine upon start spawns dragonflies, worth 10K each on various areas.

When killing a boss, 4 shrapnel appears worth 10K each

100% destruction of bosses is 50K, and lastly some zako planes work in a caravan style, killing faster = more.

Now for the weird stuff.

When killing bosses, you have a 1/16 chance to spawn Mobichan, worth 100,000 Points. This is controlled by an RNG seed at memory address E008, when it ends in "9" Mobichan will spawn.

This value (and other RNG seeds) can be frozen by inserting a credit. This freezes the RNG for 14 frames and is used extensively through the run

二度爆 is a lost technique called Double Boss Explosion. By getting the main body down to very low HP and killing the last remaining turret, the hitbox of the main body will linger, allowing you to get a second kill on the boss. This spawns an additional 4 sharpnel, and newly discovered: can spawn an extra mobichan.

Daihiryuu's on Stage 6 and 11: This is a large plane rush section, there are 2 planes- Bottoms and tops. memory address E00C tells which plane will spawn when the game calls the spawning function
It's a 50/50 chance but 0,1,4,5,8,9,C and D will spawn the small planes (worth 3K) and the others will spawn the large planes (10K) This is also manip'd through credit insertion.

This TAS is NOT perfect. Some shrapnel is missed due to bad RNG seeds and a few planes are missed here and there. My goal was over 6M score and this TAS video shows it off.
