Demon Star is a arcade-style shooter for the Commodore 64 that was published in the September 1983 issue of the Compute's! Gazette. Taking place some time in the future, your home planet is under attack by Demon Stars, celestial objects that shoot out potent energy beams. The planet is protected by a shield that requires vast amounts of energy to power up. Your job is to go out into the vast areas of space filled with quasars and other Demon Stars and drain them of energy that will be used to power the shield back home.
