Built this a few months ago a proof of concept. Planning on trying out a similar route when the wad hits idgames. I think a realistic non-TAS time is around 3:15-3:20, since you'll be forced to make wider loops around the central rev spawners.

It's really RNG how long the last couple of revs can take to teleport down from the bleachers. I got really lucky here that the last one was in range of autoaim - that doesn't usually happen and sometimes you can be waiting 10-15s for them to teleport in.
