This is the NES version of the first game in the popular Prince of Persia series. The hero must escape out of the palace dungeons in order to defeat Jaffar and save the princess from certain death.

Challenger (https://tasvideos.org/Users/Profile/Challenger) saved 00:10.13 seconds over the previous run (https://tasvideos.org/502M) via better movement, some faster fights, and a trick that allows the hero to start moving more quickly after obtaining the sword.
