This is the second of two Super Mario 64 16 Star Tool-Assisted Speedruns that I have made. Please make a note that TAS timing is different from RTA timing. RTA timing starts from console reset / power on and ends on the first frame when the grand star at the end of bowser in the sky turns into dust. TAS timing starts on console reset / power on (same as RTA), but ends on the final input required to finish the game, which could include several minutes of text boxes after RTA timing has already stopped, depending on the game.
