This is a one loop clear TAS of Stop the Express, an old Hudson Soft game from 1983. If this game looks familiar, that's because Hudson later expanded this into the NES game Challenger.

This one is pretty straightforward though I didn't try out the methods to affect RNG as discussed by a TASVideos thread. That might make it so stopping to avoid death is minimized even further.
