Modified version of pl01x586, changed header to add nomonsters flag and changed the ending to fit (since the mancubus isnt there)
that causes a slight timeloss since I cannot get a thingrun off it to stop movement towards left for a few tics. It's not
enough of a loss to prevent 5 sec however.

I had to be on the ground at 5.63 for the jump to work so I had to take a slightly wide angle to get enough floor left,
otherwise I'm just not far enough until mid-air effect happens, thus the jump fails.

I looked at pl01xo597 and it seems the wallrun was done 1 tic late so this was a free improvement.
