Comments: (This is mostly copied from the Nightmare run)
Zero Master has made many cool discoveries before, but here he managed to completely outdo himself and achieve what I would have bet money on being impossible: Make pl11 actually good.
I made this after Zero Master found a good spot to produce the intercepts overflow glitch, or all ghosts effect, all credit goes to him for working out this very cool application of the bug. It's too complicated to succinctly explain (which is a great excuse to not try to explain something that I myself don't totally understand :-) ), but the gist of it is thus: something something, get in the right spot and fire at the right angle and walls are now just suggestions, something something. In all seriousness it is quite an interesting and complicated bug and I highly recommend the YouTube video "Why This Rare Bug Turns Everything Into Unkillable Ghosts" by Decino.
After triggering the intercepts overflow glitch you can pass through the majority of walls but cannot activate doors or switches which massively limits how it can be applied, but you can still complete maps with a sector 11 exit, like pl11 and e1m8. With no monsters there is no way to take damage other than the damaging floor of the exit sector itself, so No Monsters is a couple of seconds slower than Nightmare.
As of writing, this is 43 seconds faster than the human NoMo record and 33 seconds faster than the previous fastest NoMo TAS, so it's an incredibly huge time save.
