This is a TAS for Rhythm Heaven Fever's Karate Man with a perfect 100 score, completely filling the beaker. For a perfect 100 in two-player mode, you have to be frame-perfect on every input, or else you'll be stuck at 97 points. (I think there's actually a 2-frame window for inputs but I'm not exactly sure.)

For Karate Man, I had to count the exact number of frames to press each input, since the pots' visual cues aren't very helpful. Karate Man is in 180 BPM, meaning you press A 20 frames after a pot first shows up on screen, and for a combo, you hold A and B 20 frames after the combo first shows up, then wait 30 more frames, and release A and B on the 50th frame. For some reason, sometimes the Karate Joes' heads would bop 19 frames after the pot shows up instead of 20, so I pressed A one frame earlier in those cases to account for that.
