This is a TAS for Rhythm Heaven Fever's Launch Party with a perfect 100 score, completely filling the beaker. For a perfect 100 in two-player mode, you have to be frame-perfect on every input, or else you'll be stuck at 97 points. (I think there's actually a 2-frame window for inputs but I'm not exactly sure.)

For Launch Party, I had to count the exact number of frames to press each input, since the only visual cue is right when the counter goes to 0. Launch Party is in 136 BPM, meaning the Party Cracker, Bell, and Bowling model shoot 52-53 frames after the first counter since their cues are two beats long, and the Family model lasts 3 beats, meaning it shoots 79-80 frames after the first counter. I used save-states either 52 or 78 frames after the first counter, depending on the rocket, and pressed A to see which frame the rocket would launch from.
