Tata Nexon 2020 EV & Tata Altroz EV: A Closer Look From Auto Expo 2020

We were at the Auto Expo 2020 and we checked out some EVs from Tata Motors. The Tata Nexon EV has been launched in India at a starting price of Rs. 13.99 Lakhs. But did you know that Tata Motors plans to follow up the Nexon EV with the electric version of the Altroz. Called the Tata Altroz EV will be launched sometime in the near future with a starting price of around Rs. 12 Lakhs. Like the Tata Nexon 2020 EV, the Altroz EV has a digital instrument cluster that shows essential information about the battery and other components.
The Tata Nexon Electric Vehicle has an estimated driving range of 312 kilometres. Thanks to Tata's Ziptron EV technology, the upcoming Altroz EV should also be capable of a range that's over 300 kilometres.
Tata also showcased an electric version of its popular passenger bus, the Starbus. While its interiors are similar to those found on the diesel-powered equivalent, the Starbus EV is powered by an all-electric powertrain.
