Engineer doesn't have to do a lot aside from maintaining his buildings and keeping an eye out for Sentry Busters and Spies. This is the first time I've used the Rescue Ranger, because I tend to use the Frontier Justice to turn into a pseudo Battle Engineer with 35 revenge crits after I destroy my Sentry after each round.

-Engineer Loadout-

Primary: Rescue Ranger
+ Fires special bolts that allow you to repair your buildings from a distance
+ Allows you to pick up your buildings from a distance at the cost of 100 metal
- 25% smaller clip size
- 50% less ammo count
- You are marked for death after hauling buildings and one additional second after deploying them

Secondary: Pistol

Melee: The Jag
+ Building construction is increased by 30%
+15% faster swing speed
- 25% less damage
- Building repair rate is 20% slower
- 33% damage penalty vs. buildings
