Luego de actualizaciones en Manjaro resulta que el juego TF2 no se ejecuta.
La solucion es simple debes instalar la libreria: lib32-gperftools
En los parametros de lanzamiento de Steam agrega lo siguiente:
LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib32/libtcmalloc.so %command%

Tambien dejo mi configuración personal:
MESA_LOADER_DRIVER_OVERRIDE=zink AMD_VULKAN_ICD=RADV LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib32/libtcmalloc.so %command% -windowed -noborder -novid -w 1920 -h 1016 -console

Nota: Si aun tienes problemas luego de seguir los pasos del vídeo te recomiendo abrir una consola y ejecutar desde ahí el siguiente comando "steam -d" para abrir steam y se puedan ver los log cuando inicies el juego. Pueden ser cosas ajenas a lo mencionado en este video, por ejemplo tener una instalación reciente de Arch y no tener activado el "en_US.UTF-8".
