How to Open the locked safe

Load up "The blue tide computers" mission located in Hollowrock.
Go to the location on the map and open the grate then build a ladder from the planks, as your about to lay the plank jump then lay the plank it will automatically put you on top, simply repeat a couple times until you reach the top of the vent
