Download the free mod pack DLC from the store, on the main menu go to mod pack section and apply the laser gun, from there load up campaign and head to the shooting range at your HQ, once you press the start button quickly jump on the barrier and have your laser shooting just in front of the machine.
When ammo is depleted simply restart the level then rinse and repeat, it doesn't need to be done 10 times in a row
