The location I am at the start is 0341.2988.2001. Player B shows that you can get to a Master sword early in the game. Requirements and steps are below this line.
Requirements:
1 rocket,
1 wing,
2 fans,
1 steerling stick,
Zonai charges around 23 depend on your battery,
Maximum of 2 stamina wheels,
and sighting of a Light Dragon.
Here is the steps to get to a Light Dragon
1. Infuse rocket to your shield.
2. Take your wing out and try to position it so it won't fall down.
3. Take your steering stick and place it in the middle on the wing.
4. Carefully take your two fans, one by one, and place them as shown in this video.
5. Carefully use Ultrahand on wing place highest for as much time as needed.
6. Carefully gently put the wing in the position to use recall on wing, and get to the wing at your highest position, which you use your ultrahand on your wing before.
7. Now get to steering stick and carefully get to go up as soon you have control on a steering stick.
8. If you have low battery power get to use Zonai Charges as much as you can. No battery means no Zonai device working. You will hear a beep and a blinking wing to indicate that the wing is going to reach its limit. Take your time of using your zonai charges, with pauses, and looking at the wing that is blinking.
9. As soon as the wing is about to disappeared use your shield to use a rocket to make you go upwards.
10. After that you should use a paraglider that should have enough reach to get that Light Dragon.
11. There you go try getting materials in the Light Dragon, and either hit the scale, horns, legs, or bottom teeth to get one of these.
12. Get to the Master Sword. Remember thou you have to at least 2 full stamina wheels to get the Master Sword.
13. Enjoy the Cutscene. You have to press A while Link is standing to pick up the Master Sword.
That is it.
