Like many users I have a TON of hardware between home and work that although still more than serviceable for it's day to day tasks but isn't eligible for an upgrade to windows 11 even though windows 10 runs more than adequately , fortunately for systems that meet most but not all of the requirements (everything but the cpu and TPM) the bypass is fairly simple so lets try it out!

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Setup\MoSetup

Create a new Dword of AllowUpgradesWithUnsupportedTPMorCPU. with a Value of 1
