0The game is a story driven rogue-like for up to 4 players, but seems linear as you cannot choose your path on a map. So, each run will always play the same, but the rooms appear to be randomly generated though. Gamepad controls weren't displayed and you cannot rebind them. Tutorial was lacking in that it only explained basic combat functionality. At first the combat seems quite easy and accessible, but in reality it is more souls-like as the difficulty ramps up the further you go and especially against the larger bosses. I'm not sure if the game is balanced towards 3-4 players, but in solo play the enemies are damage sponges at least until you upgrade your damage output by nearly double and you heavily use the dash dodge ability.
