It's kind of a puzzle game mixed with a bite-sized city builder. The tutorial does a good job of explaining how the game works. Each stage of the campaign unlocks new features which fleshes out the gameplay and adds more depth. Once you get through the tutorials and the trainer wheels come off then the game becomes quite enjoyable. In a nutshell you are given goals to complete and it is up to you to think of the best way to achieve them. Everything costs some resource and everything is intertwined, leading you to use your grey matter to come up with strategies for success.
