Remember you can only do it on (Stage 3) and the requirement to fight Alex is just get to your last round and win with only 5 percent of your health just get your health very low as seen in the before you then you will hear a sound when you win saying GREAT then you fight Alex defeat him and you have unlock him go to your character selection and your done. I did this on hard mode so took a few tries i wont lie there lol.
