Todays test is Tekken 7 on Xbox Series X producing some mixed results.
Series X doesn't seem to be able to brute force this to a locked 60 FPS, the drops seem to happen during heavy set moves that zoom in the camera.

This was captured at 1080p 60fps using raw footage from OBS, and imported using a free analysis tool called TRDROP and exported using the free editor Da Vinci Resolve.
