TEKKEN 8 - Ling Xiaoyu (Player) vs. Jin Kazama (Ultra Hard CPU)
0So for context, back in 2023, I watched Tekken: Blood Vengeance with a friend of mine (Leotron25), which lead to me discovering Ling Xiaoyu's existence, and boy she's super adorable! She's in fact not only my favorite Tekken character in general, but also one of my favorite characters of all time.
So fast forward to Winter 2024, where I was in vacation, I brought plenty of games from Steam's winter sale, including most notably Sonic x Shadow Generations and Tekken 8. While Asuka was my intial top favorite, I soon rediscovered Xiaoyu, and lo and behold, I've become a Xiaoyu loyalist.
Personally if you wanna get into Tekken, I'd say you should start with Tekken 7 aleast. Tekken 8's fun, but it's riddled with the micro-transitions for customization (The infamous Tekken Shop) when they should have included the contents of the shop in a season pass instead, kinda like Dead or Alive 6.
