Tekken 8 Ranked (24): Salty Jin VS Mashy Players | Tekken 8 Jin Gameplay
8This was recorded from multiple sessions between January 9th and January 14th, and are some cherry picked games from that time span, which I thought were ok enough to put into a video.
The intro is a little long on this one, but really I just want to reiterate the fact that this game is extremely frustrating to play sometimes. So much actual garbage is in this game that makes it unfun a lot of the time, but it’s so satisfying when the bs rules in your favour instead. This game is kinda godlike for that reason, it reminds me of how I used to grind Overwatch a ton because it used to actually be an ok game, and I was also really good at it (I have videos still on my channel from when I was grandmaster), and even tho I hated playing it sometimes, I had fun more often than not so I kept playing. That’s sort of how I feel about Tekken, but not as harshly because fighting games are solely dependent on you, and not shitty teammates. It’s just between you and your shitty opponent, and 9/10 times, they will indeed be shitty… not always, but you should always assume they’re idiots…
I will try to tone down my toxicity in my videos though, I should probably just take a break from ranked as a whole for a bit it’s probably not very healthy to play this game relatively often and be not very happy about doing so. Like it’s not that bad, I still stick to 60-90 minute sessions at max, but it’s still enough to make me mad, so I apologize for all that. It’s hard to stay positive though when your opponents are genuinely idiots though. Half the games I play don’t even feel like Tekken, it feels like I’m fighting an escaped gorilla from the zoo. That’s the blue rank experience though, and I’m basically begging for it by constantly playing new characters, but still. I really should just continue playing Lee/Lars so I can at least have on average better opponents and not dick jab mcmashalot every 2 games. But I digress… if you play this game at all, you’d understand the agony.
Anyways, enough yapping. Try to enjoy this video, and again, ignore my RAGE. PMA next time, I promise… I’ll just play more Balatro in the meantime (I have like 30 hours on it in a week what is wrong with me)
