Faron Woods - Sacred Grove: The Temple of Time

Enter the magic door on the south side of the area to return to the Temple of Time of the past. Run to the north end of the restored Temple, and insert the Master Sword into the Pedestal of Time (the stone it once sat in). A magic staircase of light will appear (as well as that lunatic Ooccoo). Climb up the staircase and go through the door at the top to begin the next dungeon.

TEMPLE OF TIME
Run north down the hall, entering a wide circular room at the beginning of the dungeon. Run to the north end of the room, where you'll find a large golden door (possibly the Door of Time from OOT), flanked by a statue. Check the alcove on the left of the door with Wolf Link's Senses, and you'll see the silhouette of another statue. Your goal for most of the dungeon will be to find this statue and return it here.

There's a small statue south of the right Guardian Statue, sitting on a small platform which flanks the stairset. Grab this statue, and carry it to the other platform on the west side of the stairset. Drop the statue onto the button, which will keep the button held down. A platform rises in the southwest end of the room; climb up it, reaching the stairset that circles the lower half of the room.

Go up the stairs on the west side, then down the stairs on the east side. You'll find two unlit torches at the bottom of the stairset on the east wall. Light them with your Lantern, and a chest will appear. Open it to find a Small Key. Return to the south end of the room, going up the stairs. Near the south wall, you'll find another stairset climbing up, and run into Ooccoo. She'll join you at this point. Climb up the stairs and go through the locked door at the south end of the room.

Defeat the Cyclops Skulltula in the middle of the room, then grab one of the pots from the perimeter of the room (leave then re-enter to make the pots respawn if you've already destroyed them). Drop a pot onto the switch in the middle of the room to keep it pressed down, forcing the gates open.

Open the chest on the south end of the room to get some arrows, then run up the stairset to the east. Defeat another Cyclops Skulltula who guards this area, then look to the top of the stairs. Another gate blocks your progress here. Smash the pot holding down the switch on the west end of the room with an arrow, and the first gates will close, and the second one will open, giving you access to the rest of the room.

Run up the stairs to the north, defeating a Lizalfos on the way. At the top of the stairs, you'll enter a wide circular chamber guarded by three more Lizalfos. Use Spin Attacks and Jump Strikes to dispatch the trio as quickly as possible. Open the chest on the south end of the room to get a Red Rupee, then grab one of the small statues near the chest. Drop the statue on one of the switches at the north end of the room. Grab the other statue and drop it on the adjacent switch.

Both switches activated, the golden gate between them will open. Before you go through it, look for a weird statue at the southeast end of the room. Strike it, and it will come to life: it's actually an Armos Knight. Shoot it from a distance with a Bomb Arrow to defeat it (only works after it has come to life). Avoid its frenzied movements as it dies, and watch out for its explosion when it finally expires. As an alternative to Bomb Arrows, you can also use a Back Slice to destroy the jewel on its back (if you don't even have the Backslice, you can just hop around behind it and use a sword attack).

The death of the Armos Knight will reveal a chest, which contains the Dungeon Map. Take it, then head north then west to the top of a stairset, and go through the door at the top.
