Sumo Digital - the British developer behind ‘Sackboy: A Big Adventure’, ‘Snake Pass’, and ‘Crackdown 3’, as well as other games - has fourteen other studios in five countries.
Chinese company Tencent previously had an 8.75 per cent stake in Sumo Digital, and according to a report by The Guardian, it is now acquiring the developer.
